About the role

Supple Homes Inc., a boutique high‑end custom home builder, is looking for a GoHighLevel, Website & SEO Specialist to own its digital lead‑generation system, website performance, and search visibility. The ideal candidate blends strong marketing knowledge with hands‑on technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GoHighLevel account, including pipelines, forms, calendars, workflows, and automations.
• Oversee lead intake, ensuring inquiries are captured, categorized, assigned, and tracked.
• Build and refine automated email and SMS follow‑up sequences and monitor lead‑response performance.
• Create reporting dashboards for lead sources, response times, and conversion activity.
• Maintain and update the Webflow website: page edits, forms, integrations, redirects, and back‑end configurations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues affecting usability, speed, tracking, or SEO.
• Maintain analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, and CRM integrations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and AI‑search considerations.

Required profile

• Proven experience combining digital marketing strategy with technical website management.
• Comfortable working in Webflow or a similar website platform.
• Hands‑on experience with GoHighLevel automation and CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices for luxury residential construction.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and improve processes.
