Global Sustainability Officer

About the role

Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Global Sustainability Officer to lead its climate action, extended producer responsibility (EPR) compliance, and ESG reporting initiatives. The role will drive sustainability projects across the organization, ensuring alignment with global standards and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s Climate Action strategy, maintaining Scope 1 and 2 GHG inventories and measuring baseline Scope 3 emissions.
• Identify climate‑related physical and transition risks and create reduction roadmaps.
• Lead measurement, validation, and reporting of the company’s plastic footprint to meet EPR regulatory targets.
• Prepare sustainability reports (SEC 17‑A, CDP, TCFD) and maintain the OneURC Sustainability Scorecard.
• Plan, deliver, and manage sustainability projects using agile or traditional methodologies.
• Engage internal departments and external partners to promote ESG initiatives and build sustainability capabilities.
