Global Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury Law

About the role

The Law Offices of Jason A. Greenberg are seeking a Global Litigation Paralegal to support high‑stakes personal injury cases. You will work closely with attorneys to ensure trial readiness and help manage a large, active caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze case files to inform litigation strategy, including settlement vs. trial decisions.
• Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents such as summonses, complaints, discovery responses, motions, and bills of particulars using firm templates and AI‑generated drafts.
• Manage the discovery process, draft responses, review demands, coordinate post‑deposition follow‑ups, and identify evidence gaps.
• Prepare subpoenas, trial notebooks, and supporting documentation; coordinate with clients, medical providers, and expert witnesses for trial readiness.
• Track case progress, maintain detailed case files, and ensure timely execution of litigation tasks.
