About the role

The Global Learning Advisor – My Learning supports Mondeléz International Digital Services by ensuring flawless service operations and driving continuous improvement. You will act as a subject‑matter expert for a specific process area, helping the organization meet its service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Apply deep process and service knowledge to meet SLA commitments.
• Co‑own the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive their simplification.
• Provide input for training materials and ensure SOPs comply with data‑protection policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze exceptions, generate reports, and recommend process enhancements.
• Lead sustainable continuous‑improvement initiatives for the team.

Required profile

• Experience in a specific process area within a shared‑service environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders.
• Strong background in process design, mapping, and business requirement gathering.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, initiative‑taking attitude.
