GIS Professionals – Multiple Levels for Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

Acciona Energía is expanding its Geographic Information Systems (GIS) team in the Philippines to support the development of wind and solar projects. The positions are open for various experience levels, from entry‑level officers to team leads, and will work directly in the project areas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage GIS databases, geodatabases, and mapping systems for renewable energy projects.
• Prepare and update project maps, land‑status maps, constraint maps, and other geospatial products required for site identification, permitting, and construction planning.
• Support land‑management and permitting activities by providing accurate spatial intelligence.
• Coordinate GIS activities across multiple projects and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering, environmental, and legal teams to integrate geospatial insights into project decisions.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in GIS within the energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in the Philippines project locations.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
