About the role
Del Monte Philippines is seeking a Ginaca Feeder / Filler / Trayboy to join its pineapple processing line in Bugo, Cagayan de Oro. The role involves operating equipment that feeds, fills and trays pineapple products, ensuring smooth production flow.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and quality standards throughout the shift.
- Keep the work area clean, organized and free of contaminants.
- Operate Ginaca feeder, filler and tray handling equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- At least a High School diploma.
- Hardworking, reliable and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing is highly preferred.
