About the role
521 Automotive is seeking entry‑level General Service Technicians for its Mesa, AZ location. The role focuses on routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations, with mentorship from experienced technicians to ensure quality service and professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repair across many makes and models, including oil changes and tire rotations.
- Complete work orders accurately and maintain organized notes and paperwork.
- Follow safe work principles and keep the shop clean, safe, and organized.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Dependable, honest, and organized.
- Available to work weekends and some holidays.
- Willingness to receive instruction and follow procedures.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of oil changes.
- Basic knowledge of tire rotations.
- Familiarity with multiple makes and models of vehicles.
- Use of automotive repair tools.
