About the role
We are looking for a GDS Travel Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service to our travelers. In this role you will manage flight, hotel and car reservations using industry‑standard Global Distribution Systems, ensuring smooth and accurate travel experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Book flights, hotels and rental cars through Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Issue, re‑issue and process refunds for flight tickets using GDS commands.
- Respond promptly to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment to meet service level agreements.
Required profile
- High school graduate (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year experience using a Global Distribution System.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work quickly, prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and related commands.
