Fullstack QA Engineer – Mobile & Backend

About the role

As a Fullstack QA Engineer you will own quality across mobile applications and backend services, collaborating directly with engineers and product managers to ship features that reach millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Test native iOS and Android apps together with backend APIs and end‑to‑end product flows such as credit lines and deposits.
• Investigate production issues using logs, crash reports and traffic analysis tools, and clearly communicate risk to engineers and product managers.
• Define and execute an automation strategy, building and maintaining coverage at the appropriate level.
• Design, implement and maintain test coverage for new and existing features across mobile and backend.
• Participate in regression scope definition, release risk assessment and continuous quality‑process improvements.
• Leverage scripts, API clients and AI‑assisted workflows to reduce repetitive manual work.

Required profile

• 3+ years of QA or software testing experience with strong mobile product focus.
• Deep understanding of mobile‑specific behavior (app lifecycle, push notifications, deeplinks, permissions, device matrix, network conditions).
• Experience testing REST APIs and backend‑driven product flows.
• Ability to read/write basic code or scripts in at least one language (Kotlin, Swift, Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.).
• Strong bug‑investigation skills including log analysis, crash‑report interpretation and root‑cause hypothesis formation.
