Fullstack Developer

About the role

Umpisa Inc. is looking for a Fullstack Developer to design, build, and maintain web, mobile, and enterprise applications that drive digital transformation. You will join a self‑organizing Scrum team operating within a scaled agile framework, collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using modern front‑end frameworks.
• Build robust back‑end services, ensuring data integrity, security, and high performance.
• Design, implement, and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize database queries, API calls, and overall system performance.
• Apply microservices, cloud‑based solutions, and DevOps practices.
• Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing; debug and resolve issues.
• Deploy applications via CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments.
• Maintain technical documentation for development processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in application development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React, Vue.js, Flutter.
• Back‑end: Node.js, Python, Java.NET, GraphQL.
• API design: RESTful, GraphQL.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Database technologies: SQL, NoSQL.
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
