Full-Time Remote Recruiter (Base + Commission)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Recruiter to join our fast‑growing U.S. company on a remote, full‑time basis. You will play a critical part in building our workforce by sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for a variety of operational roles.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates daily using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other tools.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and qualification assessments.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to keep the pipeline moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruiting system and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Track recruiting metrics and contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience hiring for operations, trades, service, or blue‑collar positions is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working during U.S. Central Time business hours.
