About the role

Mapúa University, a leading engineering institution in the Philippines, is expanding its Business School and seeks a full‑time Real Estate Professor for its Makati campus. The role involves delivering undergraduate courses in Real Estate Management and contributing to the university’s academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and teach Real Estate Management curriculum for undergraduate students.
• Prepare lecture materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with accreditation standards.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research and publication.
• Participate in departmental meetings, faculty development, and university events.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.

Required profile

• Hold a relevant Master’s degree.
• Possess a valid real‑estate broker license.
• No concurrent teaching engagements with other institutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
