Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build internal AI‑driven applications. Working closely with the Head of Engineering, you will turn well‑defined requirements into reliable, secure and high‑performance APIs, micro‑services and web portals that enable the business to operate smarter and faster.

Key responsibilities

• Write production‑grade code for new features on internal platforms.
• Develop robust backend services using Python or Node.js and expose them via REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Create clean, functional front‑end interfaces with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
• Integrate proprietary data with large language models (LLMs) using established APIs and emerging agent frameworks.
• Ensure code quality through testing and smooth deployment within GCP (Cloud Run, Vertex AI) using Docker and Terraform.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack experience building and deploying services in Python or Node.js.
• Comfortable working in Google Cloud Platform and containerised environments.
• Self‑starter able to pick up tickets, work independently and ask for unblockers when needed.
• Interest in AI/LLM technologies and basic agentic systems.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with UK business hours (09:00–17:00 GMT/BST).
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1/C2).
