About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components of web applications, turning functional requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across the full technology stack.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Create and manage database schemas to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
