Full Stack Developer – Hybrid (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Manila. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, delivering scalable web applications that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Design and manage relational database structures ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in full‑stack development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend languages including Node.js, Java, C#, Python or PHP.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and Git workflows.
