Full Stack Developer (Cloud)

About the role

The Full Stack Developer (Cloud) will support Nestlé’s global brand and corporate websites by building, optimizing, and maintaining cloud‑native applications, microservices, and APIs. You will work across multiple cloud platforms to ensure high performance, security, and scalability while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance cloud‑native applications, microservices, and web pages.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain AWS, Azure, or GCP environments for high availability.
• Design, build, and manage custom REST APIs and third‑party integrations.
• Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code templates (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Design and optimise cloud databases such as DynamoDB, Cosmos DB, Cloud SQL, and MongoDB.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud and application issues and provide stakeholder support.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce security standards, and maintain Git repository hygiene.
• Document architecture, APIs, IaC scripts, and standard operating procedures.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, IT or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cloud‑native programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi).
• Proficiency in containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Experience with serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Run, Azure Functions).
• Solid understanding of REST principles, HTTP methods, and API design.
• Excellent English communication skills.
