Full-Cycle Recruiter – Philippines

About the role

RZR is seeking a Full‑Cycle Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple functions, partnering directly with hiring managers to attract top talent for engineering, analytics, operations and more.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and design efficient interview processes.
• Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and creative outreach tailored to the local market.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in Greenhouse.
• Track and report recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline conversion and source of hire.
• Represent RZR at local hiring events and support employer branding initiatives.
• Identify friction points in the recruiting process and implement improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technology company or fast‑growing startup.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine talent market across multiple functions.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment and manage a high‑ownership individual contributor role.
