Full-Cycle Recruiter (Night Shift) – Philippines

About the role

RZR is seeking a Full‑Cycle Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. Working on a night‑shift schedule aligned with US business hours, you will own end‑to‑end hiring for multiple functions, including Analytics, Operations, and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers on intake, define role requirements, and design interview processes.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics in Greenhouse.
• Track recruiting KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, and source of hire.
• Represent RZR at local hiring events and support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or fast‑growing startups.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine talent market.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
