Front End Developer

About the role

Innovent is seeking an experienced Front End Developer to create high‑quality web applications that deliver real business value. You will collaborate with product managers, technical architects and fellow developers, balancing solution delivery, innovation and client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Craft pixel‑perfect Front End UI from designs and sketches using modern front‑end technologies.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and develop proof‑of‑concepts.
• Develop responsive experiences across desktop, web, tablet and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and development team to implement optimal user experiences.
• Participate in overall solution design with architects and product owners.
• Mentor and pair‑program with other developers to ensure effective delivery.
• Consume RESTful web services and adhere to Agile/Scrum processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with React or React Native.
• Proven experience in server‑side JavaScript using Node.js.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented and motivated by client success.
• Commitment to continuous self‑improvement and strategic thinking.
