French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our remote‑first team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via voice, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Provide feedback on tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and verbal).
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
