French Bilingual Product Support Representative

About the role

MiniMed is expanding its Global Diabetes Capability Center in Manila and seeks a French‑English bilingual Product Support Representative. You will assist patients and medical professionals who use MiniMed’s diabetes devices, ensuring they receive timely technical help and accurate product information.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to product inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot device functionality, software applications, and usage problems, providing corrective actions.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and recurring issues to support quality and development programs.
• Report complaints and adverse medical events in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide product‑related information and education to patients and healthcare providers.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong attention to quality and professionalism.
• Willingness to become a subject‑matter expert on MiniMed’s insulin pumps, CareLink platform, and continuous glucose monitoring systems.
