French Bilingual Client Care Specialist

About the role

The French Bilingual Client Care Specialist provides top‑tier support to commercial (B2B) customers, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries, order management, and after‑sales assistance. The role ensures a smooth customer experience while strengthening business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and order status.
• Process commercial orders, coordinate shipments with warehouse and logistics, and track delivery updates.
• Handle order modifications, returns, and replacements.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM/ERP system and document all interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and collaborate with Operations, Sales, Production, and Finance.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written).
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B customer service or account management.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Zoho or Shopify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word.
