FP&A Manager

About the role

QIMA is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join its finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic guidance to support the company’s growth across more than 100 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly group management reports, including financial results analysis and presentation delivery to Group Finance.
• Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports with insightful commentary for management review.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis by business unit and department, liaising with budget owners.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate expense classification and data integrity.
• Act as a business partner to senior management, delivering strategic financial insights.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of management reporting policies and processes.
• Support automation and improvement of financial KPI dashboards using Tableau.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase reporting efficiency.
• Monitor key financial metrics and proactively flag risks or opportunities.
• Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Oracle or a comparable ERP system.
• Experience with Tableau or other business‑intelligence tools is highly desirable.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and implement long‑term solutions that support business growth.
