Founding Software Engineer – AI Real Estate Platform

About the role

We are looking for our founding software engineer to join the team full‑time, working directly with the founder on all aspects of our AI‑driven real‑estate platform. You will design, build, and ship features end‑to‑end, shape our technical direction, and see your work used by customers across more than 50 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and ship full‑stack features.
• Work hands‑on with large language models (LLMs) and modern AI tooling as core product components.
• Own projects from concept through production and influence technical direction.
• Establish engineering standards, code quality, and development practices.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software engineering experience with shipped production software.
• Strong foundation in computer science and software development principles.
• Ability to work across the stack and quickly learn unfamiliar areas.
• Hands‑on experience or strong interest in building with AI/LLMs.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
