Food and Beverage Supervisor

About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will lead daily F&B service operations at Seda Hotels in Makati, focusing on elevating the guest beverage experience through expert mixology and bar management. This full‑time, on‑site role combines supervision of service staff with the creation of innovative cocktail menus and strict cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B service areas, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Develop, curate, and update cocktail menus, signature drinks, and seasonal beverage programs.
• Manage bar setup, inventory, pour cost, and overall beverage cost percentages across outlets.
• Train and mentor staff on mixology techniques, cocktail preparation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, and Purchasing for menu execution, stock levels, and event requirements.
• Monitor outlet revenue, upselling performance, and guest feedback, providing recommendations for program improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in mixology with hands‑on experience in cocktail creation and bar operations.
• Working knowledge of F&B service standards in a hotel environment.
• Understanding of inventory control, pour cost management, and beverage profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field; bartending/mixology certification is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotel F&B, bar, or restaurant operations preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
