Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead the FP&A function at I.E. Medica, Inc., supporting strategic decision‑making through robust financial planning, forecasting and analysis. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Mandaluyong and works closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the financial planning and forecasting processes.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve financial models.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget and forecast, highlighting trends and risks.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to create annual budgets and long‑term financial plans.
• Provide actionable insights to guide business strategy and operational decisions.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques.
• Solid understanding of finance fundamentals, financial statements and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA or equivalent) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is advantageous.
