Financial Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Financial Director to lead finance and accounting for FlowerStore Group and Easycommerce, two affiliated e‑commerce companies operating across the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam. The role combines operational excellence with strategic partnership to support growth, profitability and sound financial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial reports for all group entities.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring adequate funding for each market.
• Produce weekly financial KPI reports for management and investors.
• Monitor department processes, improve efficiency and maintain high accuracy.
• Respond to CEO inquiries, special reporting requests and provide financial analysis.
• Coach and develop finance staff, fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the CEO on sales, production efficiency and financial targets.
• Represent the group with auditors, suppliers, banks and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA license.
• Proven leadership experience in finance and controlling within a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong ethics, compliance mindset and attention to detail.
