Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the finance function for eCloudvalley Philippines, based onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This senior role combines financial governance, operational excellence, and office administration to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and month‑end/year‑end close in line with local statutory and group standards.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretaries to ensure compliance.
• Develop and maintain executive‑level dashboards and KPIs tracking financial, sales and operational performance.
• Provide financial insights to sales and delivery teams, drive cost optimisation and profitability initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, credit, accounts receivable and enforce overdue controls.
• Identify inefficient finance and operational processes, lead ERP/accounting system enhancements and automation projects.
• Establish SOPs and internal policies for finance and administrative operations.
• Oversee corporate tax filings, indirect tax, withholding tax, transfer‑pricing documentation and ensure alignment with group and IPO‑readiness requirements.
• Coordinate government grant applications and corporate affairs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a finance function in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of local statutory reporting, tax compliance and group accounting standards.
• Hands‑on experience working with external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretaries.
• Ability to design and implement internal controls, SOPs and process improvements.
