Financial Controller – Full‑time Finance Leader

About the role

The Financial Controller will be based on‑site in Pasig and will lead the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Monitor accounting processes, internal controls and financial reporting timelines.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient financial workflows.
• Review and improve financial controls, recommending enhancements for efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in accounting and finance with experience managing core financial processes.
• Proven track record in a Controller, Senior Accounting or Finance leadership role within the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or similar certification is an advantage.
• In‑depth knowledge of local tax regulations, compliance requirements and ERP/financial systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to work cross‑functionally on‑site.
