Financial Analyst (Hybrid) – Mandaluyong City

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team in Mandaluyong City. The role focuses on financial analytics, forecasting and data‑driven decision‑making to support performance monitoring and risk evaluation. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current and historical financial data and develop financial models.
• Prepare reports and extract data from the loan system.
• Support budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, investigate variances and assess profit plans.
• Perform impairment loss and provisioning calculations using EIR, LGD, PD and recovery rates.
• Assist in audits related to Expected Credit Loss (ECL) and other finance analytics functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or Economics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with IFRS, especially IFRS 9, is preferred.
• Background in a Big 4 auditing firm is a plus.
