Financial Analyst – Budget & Reporting Expert

About the role

The Budget and Reporting Expert will prepare and analyse management reports on Globe Group's consolidated performance. You will ensure timely delivery of budgets, support cost‑transformation initiatives, and contribute to the company’s financial efficiency and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and process the monthly consolidated P&L within agreed timelines.
• Produce monthly management reports for the audit committee, Board of Directors and executive committee.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and prior periods.
• Assist in preparing forecasts and outlooks.
• Serve as single point of contact for shareholders, external auditors and internal customers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on P&L drivers.
• Manage cost‑center budgets and related issues.
• Automate recurring or manual processes to improve operating efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least 3 years of external audit or management reporting experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of management and financial accounting.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Google Workspace – Sheets, Docs, Slides.
• SAP.
• Experience with planning software such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Anaplan.
