Finance Transformation Consultant

About the role

The Finance Transformation Consultant will help global clients redesign, modernize, and optimise their finance functions. You will work on end‑to‑end finance process improvements, target operating model design, and technology‑driven transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct As‑Is assessments across Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, and FP&A processes.
• Identify gaps, design To‑Be processes, and develop Target Operating Models covering people, process, and technology.
• Support governance, service‑delivery frameworks, and shared‑services or outsourcing models.
• Act as functional SME for ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle) and finance tools (OneStream, Blackline).
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and ROI models.
• Lead design, build, test, and deployment phases, including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and post‑go‑live support.
• Facilitate workshops, coordinate with global stakeholders, and improve reporting and governance.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience in finance transformation or EPM consulting.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A) and financial close controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
