Finance Officer – Finance & Business Intelligence Lead

About the role

MedGrocer is looking for a Finance Officer to lead daily finance operations and drive process improvements. The role supports business units with financial and management analyses to enable cost‑efficient decision‑making across the company’s digitally‑enabled health services.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Finance and Business Intelligence team to ensure timely and accurate daily operations.
• Analyze monthly financial performance of various business units and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Guarantee compliance with tax laws, including preparation, submission and payment of tax returns in line with BIR regulations.
• Prepare financial and management analyses to assist top management in decision‑making.
• Improve financial systems, develop policies and processes, and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
