Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to own the company’s budgeting, forecasting and finance systems. The role ensures accurate financial planning, reliable data and efficient reporting processes, partnering closely with business units to support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts.
• Track performance against budget, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve financial models.
• Manage and enhance finance systems, including ERP, planning and reporting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, enforce system controls and uphold governance standards.
• Automate and streamline finance processes to increase efficiency.
• Deliver timely management reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business units on planning, budgeting and strategic decisions.
• Support system upgrades, implementations and provide user training.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting or finance systems management.
• Proven track record of leading budgeting cycles and financial forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and planning tools.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Financial modeling expertise.
