Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join DHL Supply Chain’s finance team. The role will support business units in achieving cost‑reduction targets, managing budgets and ensuring financial integrity throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and meet annual budget targets.
• Support and challenge operations management while safeguarding financial integrity.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including new business, renewals, price reviews, BCA, project start‑up, performance management and contract closure.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and manage annual budgeting and mid‑term (IBP) planning.
• Participate in projects, program and change management, and implement process improvements across regions.
• Contribute to pricing excellence by influencing commercial models and value‑based pricing strategies.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree and/or professional accounting qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning or statutory reporting.
• Experience in commercial finance within a logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented, results‑driven with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Willingness to work hands‑on and support cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Oracle.
