About the role

The Finance Manager, FP&A – North America WAM Retirement & Wealth, leads a high‑performing team that delivers strategic financial insights and drives operational excellence across the Retirement & Wealth businesses. The role combines leadership, stakeholder engagement, and analytical rigor to support planning, forecasting, and reporting activities for both the broader business and the Personal Investing unit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, actionable insights through variance analysis, trend identification, and scenario modeling.
• Lead production and oversight of flows, core earnings, forecasting, and planning deliverables for the Personal Investing business unit.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Review and consolidate management reports, business channel reports, cost of management reports, and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Ensure robust controls are in place, escalating issues promptly and driving resolution of critical problems.
• Coach and develop a team of five finance professionals, managing performance reviews and day‑to‑day operations.
• Build strong relationships with North America WAM stakeholders and communicate effectively with global finance teams.
• Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes and controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance or FP&A teams in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across regional and global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor financial controls and governance processes.
