Finance Intercompany Analyst

About the role

Join Epiroc’s Global Intercompany Team as a Finance Intercompany Analyst. You will be responsible for processing intercompany transactions across multiple ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, and supporting daily financial operations in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process intercompany accounts payable and receivable transactions in ERP systems such as SAP, M3, iScala, and BPCS.
• Follow documented procedures and compliance guidelines, raising any missing or unclear inputs.
• Identify and promptly escalate discrepancies, errors, or unusual entries to the Intercompany Team Leader or Specialists.
• Collaborate with global Intercompany Specialists, Team Leader, and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain complete documentation for each transaction to support audit readiness.
• Support month‑end closing activities by handling assigned tasks efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, preferably in a shared‑service or multinational setting.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to flagging issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
