Global Tax and Transfer Pricing Specialist

About the role

Ivoclar is seeking a detail‑oriented Global Tax and Transfer Pricing Specialist to support its worldwide tax function. You will act as a key partner in managing transfer pricing processes, coordinating with regional finance teams, and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the global transfer pricing process, defining and communicating arm‑length margins for intercompany activities.
• Monitor group‑wide arm‑length margins, identify deviations, and adjust intercompany prices in collaboration with Controlling.
• Provide guidance on intercompany contract preparation and ensure completeness of contracts across subsidiaries.
• Prepare the Master File and support local finance directors in the preparation of Local Files.
• Serve as the primary contact for global transfer pricing queries and maintain the group’s Transfer Pricing Policy.
• Oversee global tax processes, monitor corporate income tax filing status, and follow up on Country‑by‑Country Reporting requirements.
• Support compliance with global minimum taxation rules and assist in setting up a group‑wide tax risk management system.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Experience coordinating tax activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File).
• Familiarity with arm‑length pricing principles and intercompany transaction monitoring.
• Understanding of corporate income tax filing and Country‑by‑Country Reporting.
