Finance Head – Lead Finance & Accounting for Regional E‑commerce Group

About the role

We are the Philippines' #1 online gift store, operating across Southeast Asia. We seek a highly driven Finance Head to lead finance and accounting for FlowerStore Group and Easycommerce, overseeing reporting, budgeting, cash flow and performance analysis across the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Vietnam.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly and annual financial reports for all group entities.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring sufficient funding for each market.
• Produce weekly KPI reports for management and investors.
• Analyze departmental processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Respond to CEO inquiries, special reporting requests, and stakeholder communications.
• Coach and develop finance staff, fostering professional growth.
• Represent the group with auditors, banks, suppliers and other partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• CPA license.
• Proven leadership experience in finance and controlling within a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong ethics, compliance mindset and attention to detail.
