Finance Controller

About the role

The Finance Controller will lead the organization’s accounting and treasury functions, ensuring accurate financial planning, budgeting, tax compliance, reporting, and audit coordination. This role supports the overall financial management strategy by maintaining the integrity and compliance of all financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting and treasury operations.
• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely filing of all required returns.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
• Maintain accurate financial records and enforce internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
