Finance Controller / Head of Finance

About the role

PRIME Philippines is seeking a high‑caliber Finance Controller / Head of Finance to lead and strengthen finance and accounting operations across its fast‑growing real‑estate services and flexible workspace business group. This senior leadership position will ensure the financial engine runs accurately, efficiently, and with strong governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process for multiple entities.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Review and ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of financial reporting across subsidiaries.
• Oversee reconciliations, identify gaps, and resolve reporting anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate governance requirements.
• Coordinate treasury activities and maintain robust internal controls.
• Build and lead a growing finance team, fostering discipline and operational excellence.
