Field Auditor – On‑site Compliance & Audit Specialist

About the role

The Field Auditor conducts on‑site audits of branches, stores and operational sites to verify compliance with company policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in identifying risks, recommending corrective actions and strengthening overall organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regular field audits according to the approved audit plan.
• Review and verify HR records, employee files, financial documents and operational reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Assess compliance with company SOPs, labor laws and other regulatory standards.
• Perform physical verification of assets, inventory, cash handling and related processes when required.
• Identify audit findings, operational risks and control weaknesses, and propose corrective measures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, supporting evidence and recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations teams to resolve findings and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and employee information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, internal audit, external audit or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of audit procedures, internal controls and financial documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and investigative abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various locations.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
