F&B Services Expert

About the role

The F&B Services Expert creates memorable guest experiences by handling all aspects of food and beverage service during events and daily operations at Sheraton Manila Bay. You will work closely with the kitchen, set up event spaces, serve guests, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, event materials and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge them according to company standards, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any incidents or maintenance needs.
• Keep personal appearance and uniform clean and professional.
• Perform routine cleaning of work areas and supplies after service.
• Assist supervisors with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant food‑and‑beverage or event service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
