Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of our stores, clinics, kiosks, offices and other company sites. The role ensures all facilities remain safe, operational and well‑maintained through preventive programs, contractor coordination and direct supervision of the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and personnel.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, construction and general building maintenance.
• Conduct facility inspections and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations and projects with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building standards and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, work orders and material requests.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and monitor project quality and completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.
• At least 35 years of facilities/building maintenance experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction, preventive maintenance and building operations.
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Willingness to travel to sites and work shifting schedules, including after‑hours, weekends, holidays and emergency call‑outs.
