About the role

EMAPTA is seeking a proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support global restaurant franchise leaders. This remote, night‑shift position offers a structured work schedule with weekends off, allowing you to provide high‑level administrative support from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and ensure timely reminders.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project follow‑ups.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Handle travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other logistical tasks.
• Assist in strategic follow‑ups, tracking action items and deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently during night‑shift hours and meet deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with calendar and email platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook).
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana.
• Basic document creation and formatting skills (Word, PowerPoint).
