About the role
EY is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the senior management team of its Global Delivery Services (GDS) office in the Philippines. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and documentation across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries and calendars for senior managers and project teams, scheduling key meetings and events.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and workshops, handling logistics such as venue, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Book travel tickets and accommodations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and highlight action items for follow‑up.
- Maintain project databases, e‑rooms, and document repositories for easy access.
- Support training sessions by sending invitations, managing registrations, and distributing pre‑work materials.
- Provide tool support and administrative assistance for internal and external platforms used across the EY office.
- Process and capture business data, perform transcription of recorded meetings, and ensure accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Excellent problem‑solving and prioritisation skills.
- Strong project‑management capabilities.
- Comfortable working with IT database systems and virtual collaboration tools.
- Professional interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Team‑player who can work independently and diplomatically with clients.
- Flexibility to meet deadlines and work outside normal hours when required.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
