Estimator – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our Civil & Structural team in Taguig. The role involves preparing competitive bids for EPC and PPP infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate cost forecasts from the early design stage through to detailed estimation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bid proposals for EPC and PPP projects covering civil works, buildings and related infrastructure.
• Analyse project, contract and tender documents, including specifications, terms and conditions.
• Lead or support the bidding process by delivering precise cost estimates.
• Provide preliminary cost estimates during concept and feasibility phases.
• Maintain and update direct and indirect cost databases for major projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an estimator or quantity surveyor on infrastructure projects such as airports, roads or bridges.
• Experience with data centre or commercial building projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project permits, insurance requirements and related cost implications.
• Familiarity with project scheduling is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with estimation software tools.
• Ability to read and interpret bid documents and technical drawings.
