About the role

BETWEEN is seeking an Indirect Procurement Specialist for Logistics and Operations to join an international automotive project in Zaragoza. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the indirect purchasing strategy, ensuring competitive supplier performance, cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the indirect procurement strategy for the assigned segment.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitoring cost, quality and delivery performance.
• Lead sourcing processes including RFQs, comparative analysis and negotiations.
• Ensure competitive conditions in all purchasing activities.
• Participate in and lead sourcing committees (SoCo).
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Develop and track improvement plans with suppliers.
• Prepare and manage the annual procurement budget.
• Analyse KPIs and define associated improvement actions.
• Coordinate with project, operations and internal stakeholder teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in indirect procurement within an industrial environment, preferably automotive.
• High level of English (C1).
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Organised, solution‑oriented and results‑driven.
