About the role
Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an ERP Center of Excellence Manager to lead ERP operations, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources platforms. The role is based in Taguig City and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day ERP operations for Finance, Supply Chain and HR modules.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for ERP systems.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within ERP processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business objectives.
