About the role

Join Texas Instruments as a 2026 Engineering Fresh Graduate and embark on a structured Career Accelerator Program (CAP). You will receive professional and technical training, hands‑on project work, and exposure to multiple engineering functions within semiconductor manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in equipment engineering tasks such as maintenance, upgrades, and installation of advanced manufacturing tools.
• Support process engineering initiatives, including data analysis and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Assist product engineering by troubleshooting test hardware and software issues.
• Contribute to facilities engineering by evaluating site conditions and operational performance.
• Analyze quality data to ensure conformance of manufactured units.
• Develop packaging solutions for semiconductor devices.
• Supervise production operators and help meet production and quality targets.
• Create detailed production schedules and coordinate resources with manufacturing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical, Chemical, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials Science, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles, problem‑solving, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and across functions.
• Strong time‑management and initiative‑driven mindset.
